- Free tracked shipping on orders of $150 or more. A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout for smaller orders.
- Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within a few business days. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
Returns
- You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to send back. We'll reply with instructions.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have received and checked your return.
Rewards
- Orders of $150 or more include a $20 GUEVII gift card for your next order, emailed after your order ships.
- Save 10% on orders over $100 and 15% on orders over $200, applied automatically at checkout.
